Operation of boiler
Before heating up is necessary
- familiarize with attendance of boiler regulation
- check water pressure in the central heating system
- check if the boiler is connected to the mains
Heating up the boiler
- set up heating temperature
- set up tempering temperature
- set up speed cycles of the fan
- set up intervals for heating / SH1 – SH6/
- set up real time
- through the upper door put paper, chips, smaller wood pieces and the rest of the feeding champer a bigger amount of wood
- chimney flap must be opened!
- fire up the paper and close feeding door
- open bottom door and wait cca 20 min. to start a burning process
- then close the bottom door and chimney flap
- with "K" button run the burning mode
Reffiling a feed hopper
- turn off the fan by pressing "K" button
- open the chimney flap
- CAREFULLY! open feeding door
- reffill the fuel
- close feeding door and chimney flap
- press button "K" to return to the previous state
Warning
The fuel can't get between chimney flap and flange during fuel refilling. It could happend that chimney flap could not close correctly.Cleaning the boiler
After using of dry wood and optimal burning process is combustion chamber and exchanger get dirty at minimum. But on the other side after using wet wood are walls of combustion chamber covered by tar and the boiler does not have adequate efficiency.We remove the tar in combustion chamber once a week, by the burning with a jar feeding door and chimney flap. If in the feeding chamber is Ak sa v prikladacej komore nachádza a great deal of ashes, this should be removed from combustion chamber.The ash and dust in the combustion chamber cleaned regularly and properly every 3-5 days.
Pipes of the exchanger is necessary to clean once a month. During the cleaning of the exchanger is necessary remove cover of cleaning whole, then we get access to the pipes of the exchanger. The exchanger pipes can be clean with brush.
Cleaning of the air inlet
The basic condition for right boiler operation is have a clean inlet of primary and secondary air. We recommend cleaning the air inlet once a year. After we remove a fan cover and air inlet cover we will see the two pipes, which lead air into the jet and two holes at the upper door. These holes must be clean with small brush and vacume cleaner. By hand check if the air inlet is free.Set it back air inlet and fan cover and then is necessary to set up again covering of the secondary air. We screw in with screwdriver a secondary air covering to backstop and then we turn anticlockwise rotation 1-2 cycles.
Before the summer season starts, we totally clean the boiler especially combustion chamber and pipes of the exchanger.
During operation of the boiler is necessary to check the water pressure in the system, door packing, chimney flap packing, exchanger packing and right fan operation. Before the beginning of the heating season, we recommended to check the fuctionality of the boiler by customer servis. Especially, right function and fuse, temperature sensor, breakdown thermostat and regulation.
Door packing
The doors are joined to the boiler on three points, with two hinges and one closure.In case of leakage doors is possible to draw close hinges or closure. We can unscrew the female screw and by turning male screw move the door into demanded direction.
CAUTION!!! Before manipulation with female screw on the right must be the door closed and closure screw to backstop.
Chimney flap packing
During the cleaning is necessary to clean also bearing surface of the flap and flap.Speed cycle of the fan
One of the conditions for reliable and fan operation is clean fan. Is necessary to check the fan.Specified chimney
Flue draught must have the specified values 18kW-10 Pa, 25kW-18 Pa, 40kW- 23 Pa.- Small flue draught of chimney shortened the service life of boiler – inside the boiler condensate a tar and during the feeding is smoking
- Big flue draught of chimney consumption of wood rises – higher heat loss in the chimney – lower boiler efficiency – lower boiler output.
