Boiler description
Wood gasyfing boilers are well-tested and easy to use. The boilers are produced from boilers sheet steel about thickness – 6 mm
inner part and 4mm outer part. The shaped pieces inside of boiler are made of from special heatproof pieces, so the pieces
are highly resistant and long period of service. The body of the boiler is made by weldment of metal steel plates. It
includes a feed hopper with a heatproof shaped piece that has an oblong opening for transition of flue gas. Under it, in
the after-combustion space there is ceramic shaped piece. In the rear part of the boiler there is vertical flue channel
with a fuel cut-off flap in the upper part, where is kindle flap. In the rear part is suction branch for connection to
the flue. In the front is situated a fan with regulation flap for inlet air. The body of the boiler is from the outside
insulated by mineral wool Nobasil with depth 20mm put under the covers of outside jacket. Primary and secondary air is
heated to a high temperature and in ideal ratio distributed into the burning space and jets.
Wood gasifying boilers are totally different from other types of boilers which use solid fuel. The priciple of burning is based on high temperature (cca. 1100 °C).
The burning of wood gasifying is supported by fan, which primary air injection in to fireplace and secondary air injection in to jet. This burning system guarantees economical in fuel approx 40%. Operation of the boilers insist minimum requirements in regard of automatic boiler operation. The capacity of feed hopper manage with in 8 – 12 hours of operation on the middle output. At minimum output level the boiler is operational even further 24 hours. About all operations take care of a digital regulation, which is supported by microprocessor.
