Installation instructions
Basic connection scheme of boiler Ladan into the central heating system

The boiler can be connected into the central heating system, which capacity is appropriate to the boiler output. The boiler must be connected by shortest way to the flue. Into the flue where the boiler is attached, no other appliance can be attached. It’s not recommended permanent connection from the water piping over fill in valve, so in case of the valve does not seal, the pressure in the system shall not increasing. Max. overpressure is 0,2 MPa. In the room, where is the boiler situated must be secure air ventilation. Assembly of boiler can do only a specialist in compliance with valid standards. Min. temperature of returnable water on the inlet to the boiler is 60 °C. Is recommended assembly the boiler together with accumulation tank, which size must account for clause. 4.2.5, STN EN 303-5. The boiler must be installed together with four-way valve /duomix/. The valve secure that temperature of returnable water should be 60° and protect the boiler against low temperature corrosion. It’s not recommended connect the boiler into the system with valve LADOMAT.
Safety valve REGULUS DBV 1
This valve serves as protection against overheating in case of loosing a mains. At forced circulation, the boiler disconnect a circulation pump and this leads to the discontinuation of water flow in central heating system.Operational principle
Safety valve is controlled by outlet temperature of water from the boiler. When the temperature of outlet water raises 100°C, the valve open itself. Water comming to the boiler cool down the boiler temperature, as well as protection the boiler against overheating and damage.Warning
The boiler without safety valve DBV 1 must be connect in to the system with open expansion vessel. Temperature of water used for safety valve connection must be max. 15°C with overpressure 2 bar.
