Required temperature of inlet water

For the first time by pressing the button "F" choose indication REQUIRED TEMPERATURE of heating "TH" (Temperature High) and with the help of buttons "+" and "–" set up desired temperature in range 60 - 90 °C.

For the second time by pressing the button "F" choose indication REQUIRED TEMPERATURE of tempering "TL" (Temperature Low) and with the help of buttons "+" and "–" set up desired temperature in range 40 - 90 °C.

Setting of the boiler output

Boiler output depends on:
  • calorific value (15 000 – 18 000 kJ/ kg)
  • moisure content of wood (maximum moisure content of 20%)
  • wood-gasifying area
  • quantity of air input

Is possible by button "F" change the quantity of air input. From indication "Required temperature" we will get in to the options "OUTPUT SET UP" PH a PL
PH= high speed cycle of fan in range 10-100
PL= low speed cycle of fan in range 0 - minus 10 od PH
We can set up a speed cycles of fan with "+" and "-" buttons. Is recommended to setup a speed cycles of the fan to these values PH=60 a PL=0-10.

Switch clock

Switch clock are used to for setting of the time interval for tempering.
Generally is possible set up six consecutive periods of time in course of 24 hours.
By pressing the button "F" from indication OUTPUT SET UP we get into the option of first time interval. The display shows SH1 and light up TEMPERING light. After one second diplay shows time interval, which designates when the tempering will start.
The time interval can be changed by "+" and "–" buttons. By pressing the button "F" is displayed SH1, but light up HEATING light. After one second is possible to set up the heating time. The time must be set up in time sequence. Incorect time interval is not possible to set up. By pressing the button "F" again, displays SH2 and is possible to set up second time interval. In this way it's possible to set up all six time intervals. Time intervals, which are same for TEMPERING and HEATING are ignored. In the end with "F" button we set up a actual time. After one second is possible to set up the actual time. All settings must be confirm by "K" button.

Burning up the boiler

During burning up are max. speed cycles of fan set up to the value, which already set up attendance in PH mode, so it means that between 10-100. The speed cycles are running till the boiler temperature increases to the TL or TH level. Conroll light of "automatic operation mode" shines on if the temperature of "TH or TL" is minus 3°C, and the boiler start to work according set up mode and it depends what we already set up in real time.
/ SH1 – SH6/. When is raised temperature of TH or TL level the fan turn off. If the temperature decrease by 3°C the fan turn on itself on the low speed cycles defined in PL. If the temperature increase the speed cycles of fan are decreasing proportionally from T minus 10°C to the low speed cycles, there the fan turn off itself when raise TH or TL temperature.

Pump work

Heating:
  • pump turn ON at TH minus 10°C
  • pump turn OFF at TH minus 13°C

Tempering:
  • pump turn ON at TL minus 3°C
  • pump turn OFF at TL minus 5°C

The pump is turn ON if

  • temperature of water in the boiler is over 90°C
  • control light of failure shines on
  • in case of breakdown of temperature sensor

Room thermostat

Before you connect a thermostat into the digital board is necessary to remove short cable from connector. Here we connect a room thermostat. If temperature in the room raise required value, the fan and pump turn off itself and the boiler automatically switch to the temper temperature TL. If room thermostat reclosure are automatically turn on fan, pump and the boiler heat up on the TH or TL temperature.
If the room temperature is turned off / room is already heated up/, the pump working as follows:
  • Turn ON at TL + 15°C
  • Turn OFF at TL + 10°C

Other indications

The boiler is connected into the mains if the MAINS shines on. If the temperature in the boiler overcomes 95°C T max control light shines on and fan turn OFF. The fan is automatically turn off if the temperature in the boiler, let us say breakdown thermostat drop below 80°C
